Class places are limited (12 only!); on a first come first served basis. With limited spaces therefore; if you are unable to attend a class, notification at the earliest possible time, will allow others to attend.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged, were applicable.
Late entry to classes is at the instructor’s discretion. It is important to stay for the full duration of the class, including the cool-down.
If you are new to a class, please ensure you arrive early and to make the instructor aware. This will allow them to answer any question you have, and check your eligibility.
Any illnesses or injuries that may affect your session, must be disclosed to the instructor prior to the class commencing.
Participants are responsible for setting up and returning all equipment, please arrive early to set up.
Please ensure that you wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the workout. For classes such as Pilates, you may be required to remove your socks and shoes, however; these should only be removed for the workout.
