Recovering Heritage - CRF2

We were delighted to be awarded a grant of £73,800 from the 2nd round of the Culture Recovery Fund. This Fund was created by the Department of Culture, Media & Sport to support heritage organisations in their recovery from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

Our grant has focused around helping the church continue its usual operations during 2021, but also in developing plans to help us rebuild and recover in the years ahead. Grant funds have been spent on:

  • Essential maintenance
  • Health and safety provision - including arboricultural surveys
  • Business plan development to support financial sustainability
  • Staff training and salaries
  • Replenishing reserves
  • Improving accessibility to the local community

We're so grateful for the support we have received, and we're confident that the CRF2 grant will help us continue to be 'a beacon of hope for Hoxton' in the months and years ahead.
