Depression rates have doubled since the pandemic began – which is why the Diocese of London are focussing this year's Lent appeal on 'mental health and wellbeing'.

How can you get involved in helping support those experiencing poor Mental Health at St John's?

The course is open to anybody over the age of 16. No background knowledge of mental health required. You will be expected to participate in the programme evaluation to help us learn assess impact of learning and improve future delivery. You will receive a copy of the 275 pages MHFA manual (left) and workbook, and a certificate will be emailed by MHFA England following attendance.
